As the country continues under Level 4 of lockdown into the future, one question that has to be faced and dealt with urgently is how employees and employers should treat the next month when there will be limited hours of work, and in other places no work at all.
Lungile Mtiya has been a Consultant at Mayikana Consulting for the past 6 years. Areas of her focus have been organizational development transformation and labour relations. Her presence in the company has been highly beneficial for both the company and herself. I would highly recommend her to any company for services she specialises in.
Lungile Mtiya from Lungile Mtiya Associates presented a Labour Relations Training to our Human Resource Managers and Shop Stewards on the 6th to 8th of August at our Isando Manufacturing Plant. Lungile will also be offering the same training from the 21 to the 23rd of August in Western Cape and KZN Simba branches. Lungile’s extensive knowledge, experience, broad understanding and proper application of the country’s labour law is exceptional.
We are affiliated with APSO, an important role player in continuously improving standards and providing guidance to Human Resources and Labour Relations stakeholders on developments and trends in the staffing industry.
